This table is to help you calculate how many National (Country) and Universal Blueprint fragments you will need to research a new line. For instance, let's say you wanted to research from Tier 6 to Tier 9 inclusive. Look the "Totals from T 6" column and see the totals Tier 9 row says 90 + 300, so you would 90 National blueprint fragments and 300 Universal. Hope you find it useful.
